Boy you hit the nail on the head about driving!! On day 2 of detoxing I got on the freeway. Looked at my cell and when I looked up I came within inches of rear ending a man! Luckily nobody was in the next lane as I swerved around him! I was so “out of it” my friend. I had No Business driving. Went home immediately.

Thank you for this and the exercise makes complete sense, I read an article on this subject and the endorphins from a work out will at least help. I have a question, I went on pregabalin for 3 months and stopped taking codeine, initially it helped and I didn't feel any withdrawal symptoms but slowly noticed them creeping in and I wonder if this medication helps at all because 3 months later, without the pregabalin I had the exact same withdrawals, I mean nothing progressed, does it just delay the withdrawal or does it genuinely help? I'm back on the codeine but looking to start something I think it's called suboxane or something, similar to methadone. Has anyone tried it? Thank you.

You know what the darkest part is about having an addiction...... Is that You need to keep it a secret from people who think THEY CAN help You, when they honestly just can't, as they make the situation even worse, because they honestly just don't understand their potential responsibilities as well as their toxic influences on innocent people.......
